$IFUS up 8% today, anything under the 52 week high at .009 is a huge bargain folks, time to raise the bids and start ask slapping. The first buyers will get the cheapest shares. And there will be no more volume sold at the bids this year, at least not under .0060 bid which is the 4 year average!!! Only 1% of the issued shares traded the last 4 years during the Lawsuit, which is now over and settled.
Locked float, AS share level unchanged since 2010!!
IFUS won the lawsuits, they are over.
Most important IFUS survived the last 4-5 years without printing any shares. That could not have been easy with all the legal costs.
The float is only about 60-100 Million shares, and those are 99% locked up!!!
The Rest are restricted and the CEO can not remove the restrictions with out filling SEC papers and reporting financials!
The point is, the CEO has managed to pay the bills since 2010 without increasing the share structure and printing shares!
He is one large Cattle feed lot away from a multi million dollar order for the current cattle feed product away from what will make this a profitable firm with a share price easily over a dime!!!
