$SGSIF news just out!!!
Roger Ponder has resigned as a director of $ICLD, Intercloud, the firm SGSIF (that was MVTG at the time) bought the revenue producing part of SGSI/MVTG from. Roger Ponder is the CEO of SGIF and one of 2 directors.
Ponder, Keith and Larry own 51% of the issued shares!!
Looks like Ponder cherry picked Mantra Energy and Aws as his exit strategy from Icld, which confirms we are the right side of the deal as we suspected!! SGSIF has outperformed Icld by about 1000% since the June/July... So Ponder picked the best of Intercloud and moved it to Mvtg and now he and Keith (the CEO of the Aws subsidiary) control both as SGSIF. And Ponder owns his own venture capital firm!!

On December 19, 2017, Mr. Timothy A. Larkin, Chief Financial Officer of InterCloud Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) departed from the Company and will pursue other opportunities.
On December 19, 2017, Roger M. Ponder, director of the Company, resigned from the board of directors of the Company and all committees thereof to focus on his role as a director and Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Global Solutions, Inc.
