In analyzing this revenue at first glance, one thing to note is that revenue went from $10 million to $73 million in two years. Proof to me that revenue takes time to realize and that when it does it takes off fast.
"Protecting the World’s Largest Organizations: Duo now protects organizations such as Altegra Health, American Public Media, Betsson, Bolton NHS Foundation Trust, Citizen’s Union Bank, Clarient, Day & Zimmerman, Duke University, Etsy, Facebook, Premira, Proquest, Threadless, True Religion, University of Michigan, University of York, Virginia Tech, Yelp and more."
As impressive as those names are, none have the user base that Mcafee does in my opinion. Duo has a user base they say of 5 million. In my opinion with Mcafee alone, it has a potential reach for SFOR/ACS of 5 million users. Let's do the math here folks as I think Duo is our closest competitor. I see the writing on the wall that the deal size with Mcafee will be big. Look at Duo's clients they list here - these are the size of AON and Blackrock, etc. Throw in a merchant bank and Mcafee, and I think SFOR could rival Duo in revenue once things come through. And to that effect, Duo has a $1 billion valuation. I don't think this is a stretch but we will see.
