If Thales, who is acquiring GEMALTO, does not want any open litigation before dotting the Is and crossing the Ts they might settle. Like undervalued said, the odds are in our favor with the appeal and they might get a better deal now then if are patents are validated....once again in a year. (hopefully the last time!!!)))
