If we take a look backward we will see that Bill took control of TPAC 2009/10. Shortly thereafter the manufacturing facility was written off by almost $20 million. However, 2008 began a financial challenge to Boeing, TPAC’s largest business prospect. Boeing’s challenges maintained through 2016; cutting vendors and employees and asking their existing vendors to take extended payouts.
Bill was looking to start a program of some type of with Avic to initiate a process to have the facility certified by Boeing. There is nothing in a Q or K that the facility was placed online from 2010 to 2016.
Maybe the Question should be in 2018 is will TPAC reopen discussions with Boeing to have the nonoperational facility certified for bearing work. And, if so, will TPAC have the financial resources to make that happen. Matter of fact also asking about today's operational capital may be a great idea as well. Everyone check my information and let me know what you think.
Also since we are so close to Christmas, let's choose a time to have the questions in. I am thinking the 26th thru the 31, and then we contact Bill on January 2, if that works for him of course.
