$PSGR OK, I understand that PSGR is ONLY a PENNY S

Throughout its long history, Pershing Resources (and its former iterations) has remained a very low cost stock. It has not always been a PENNY STOCK but the periods of time that it was on another stock trading board were limited and relatively brief. The long and short of the story is that Pershing Resources stock has pretty much remained a PENNY STOCK that has not advanced to value levels that investors had hoped and believed would occur. The BIG QUESTION is: WHY?
There is no need to revisit the past Pershing Resources Press Releases that suggested valuable amounts of precious metals at the various mine sites. There is no need to revisit the Press Releases that noted the probability of a sizeable financial investment by Blackridge. There is no need to revisit the reported assays from the various locations. Frankly, investors have been through all the Rah-Rah Press Releases that suggested that prosperity was just around the corner.
What IS notable about the Press Releases (or more accurately, the LACK of Press Releases) of Pershing Resources is that the pattern of encouraging Press Releases followed by weeks or months of silence mirrors the methods of the past iterations of the company. WORDS replace actions. The lack of activity reminds me of a former employee who when asked why he did NOT do the obvious, would respond "I shoulda done it". Throughout his brief (2 year) employment, he repeated the same phrase at last a dozen times. Not once did he actually do something that was OBVIOUSLY required to be done.
Fred, wherever you are now, you were funny and likeable and great to have around BUT you cost me money. You were given chance after chance to change. Management gave you guidance, suggestions....all the help that was possible to extend to you, and you did not change.
After 20 or so years, one would and should consider that change is necessary when NO progress has been made by a company. This change has NOT occurred with Pershing Resources. The Press Releases are redundant and say absolutely NOTHING of substance. Credibility is questioned and the frustrations of many share holders remain extremely high.
This is the Holiday Season so I will, once again, affirm my POSITIVE attitude. IF, as Pershing Resources has suggested so many times, there are mineable AND profitable quantities of precious metals at the various claim/mine sites; IF financing is available through Blackridge; and IF Corporate processes ALL the required paperwork for mining THEN Corporate Pershing Resources SHOULD be able to initiate mine work at, at least, one site. True, honest to God, extractions of precious metals ore, the processing of the ore and the sale of the final precious metals product(s) in sufficient quantities to provide a Return on Investment to the Company and PROFITS to both the company and the investors.
Could be yet another Pipe Dream BUT after 20+ years even the fictional character awoke and did something. I remain POSITIVE that something will happen if Corporate Pershing Resources becomes involved in refocusing the direction of the company to become a PRODUCTIVE mining company.
