Search engine optimization (SEO) is popular for customer acquisition purposes, because it’s a great no-cost way to enable people to find your product via a search engine, like Google. NTEK/UltraFlix probably get a significant portion of people to the sites via Google already. Imagine how many more people would discover UltraFlix if the sites appeared on page 1 of a Google search for “4K movies”, “4K content”, etc. Putting only a little time into SEO can dramatically increase UltraFlix’s awareness to the right people. This, of course, assumes you have a halfway decent writer on your team who understands SEO best practices.
You can also buy appropriate email lists and use paid and organic social marketing to grow your customer base.
Once you have your customers, you’ll want to use no-cost/low-cost ways to increase their wallet share. The recent email from IR promoting the gift cards is great. Hopefully, it’s going out to all 500K+ customers and not just investors. And, hopefully, the emails will be delivered more times throughout the year and the promotions will appear on the websites and in the UltraFlix app.
