1. Correct profit on POE trade is $1000-fees.
Once you transfer your BTC to Coinbase you get whatever the current rate of exchange is for BTC. If BTC plummets during the transfer process (usually 10-20 minutes) you have to decide whether you believe BTC will move higher (if so hold BTC, if not convert to USD to protect capital).
2. If Coinbase adds XRP I will likely just buy XRP at Coinbase and keep it in the wallet there. If you buy XRP at Binance and want to transfer to Coinbase there will be no need to sell before transfer. Simply transfer XRP to Coinbase XRP wallet.
3. I agree that BTC is driving the bus and the altcoins tend to follow. However I do believe that there are a number of coins that will soon prove to be more efficient and productive than bitcoin and will share in driving the crypto markets higher.
