Correct one even bragged he could depress the pps. Some here informed Mark and/or the SEC of this apparent manipulation. Given the volume since the pps began its recent decline & spike down they may be running out of ammo. Hopefully they will soon be overtaken by good news and left in the dust chasing the pps North.
