I assume correcting minor details like a misspelled name is simple. They messed up my name here in Florida several years ago on sunbiz.org. Faxed them copy of my ID and some notarized paperwork and it was changed within 3 business days. I assume CO is just as efficient as Florida.
Name change is in FINRA's hands but it looks like Steve has done all that is needed. Don't think there should be much of a holdup. Perhaps they will work fast and get it done as a holiday present to us all? Let's hope so! We've had enough delays!
