Update & Forecast - December 17.
Expect Q4 to be similar to Q3 as TX is one of the "hot" states where the population is swelled significantly by the "snowbird community" of retirees who relocate from Middle / Northern USA to condos / RVs in the South each Oct > Apr. Also, in the Summer, many TX retirees relocate in RVs to CA May > Sep which is why Q2 and Q2 results are similar to each other and lower than Q4 and Q1. The seasonal customer base for chiropractic care and hair salon services fluctuates proportionately in TX (similar models in NM and AZ).
Q1 + Q2 + Q3 Results:
Gross Revenue: $1,464,711
Net Profit: $247,928
Projected Q1 + Q2 + Q3 + Q4 (at Q1 level - my opinion):
Gross Revenue: $2,040,494
Net Profit: $390,951
The 2016 Annual Report was filed on March 31, 2017 - expect a similar or earlier filing for the 2017 Annual Report.
In the previous Q3 to Q4 timeframe cycle, $DIGX had update PRs in Dec 2016, Jan and Feb 2017.
Key to repeat success: load / relax / be patient / ignore nonsense / watch scanner (if able if not a full-time trader) or alerts here.
For those that follow my well-proven, successful trading strategy:
Acquire an inventory of shares at multiple levels in a pyramid fashion - thin (low volume) at medium levels to very wide (high volume) at bottom levels.
Don't stack the ask - trade when the stock is moving.
On surges, hold all the cheapest batches (lowest 1 tick or 2 ticks) to hold enough shares for all future runs without having to reload (but you might also top up depending on holdings) - trade higher price shares on high volume days - there are usually 2>14 - for an acceptable profit.
Use profits from higher price sells to convert cost basis of cheapest batches to "free" - that is banked profits exceed cost of remaining cheapest batch shares.
Provided you buy enough shares at the first and / or second tick ask above your year bottom loading acquisition price to sell on the first and / or second surge of the year, it is very easy to convert your entire holding to free. Within two quarters to a year, it is possible to have 100M>250M $DIGX converted to "free". It is also possible to have a reserve of "free" cash earned on the stock in question to deal with amateur nonsense attempts at manipulation (such as a fake stacked ask) on days when it counts.
Traders have all had an equal opportunity to get the bottom 2>3 price points (.0003>.0005) on $DIGX over the last 17 weeks.
This procedure works out exceptionally well on $DIGX but can also be applied to any .0001>.0010 entry range stock.
