I'm sure that the difference between Thames' 5.43 Billion offer and ATOS' final offer of 5.1 Billion was a significant factor! The difference of 330 Million will amply provide settlement monies to pay SFOR, but I feel confident that it will be for substantially less than the full 330 million difference. Which is ok with me! I just want to see the lawsuit settled, monies posted to SFOR's books, and another notch in SFOR's belt of success, further establishing the strength and validity of SFOR's patented technology! A true WIN-WIN scenario for SFOR and its shareholders - US! LOL!
SFOR STRONG!!! GO SFOR!!!
Edit: Yes, as meta4kly pointed out, the settlement should definitely include licensing and royalties going forward as part of the Thames Group!
