I agree, got to protect myself. I have posted the below many times, but I am putting my diabetes in remission, just about off meds., my target is the end of January. My blood pressure was high, now on the low end of acceptable and lost 15 pounds, and starting from not being too overweight. Great video for weight control, even if one id not diabetic. Only 18 minutes.
