It's due to the fact that Grisaffi screwed we investors - management and the Company - he sold his soul to the devil to make a huge payday his own way.
He passed out warrants and high interest notes like candy - some that were hidden - in exchange for operating cash to make his payday as well as his pals. He lied to all - he would have Co up listed by end of this year was pure BS. His dealings with Radcliffe family was just as bad as deals with the Meadows family as well as the Lili Li scam. He was a master pumper who would put out a PR if he felt a bowel movement coming.
They are liquidating all their ill gotten shares especially after RMHB has filed suit against them.
Once they have all been cleared out we'll be able to run on our own merit.
WE now have a great team in place and todays release is just the beginning of what we can expect from them. No more fluff postings - everything we'll be getting will be meat and potatoes as our healthy lifestyle choices become available.
