NIce attempt at diversion. Indeed you stated that a lozenge might be better, when in fact anyone who has experienced these delivery methods knows that this is certainly not preferable. Here's exactly what you wrote:
Quote:
in oral health often we use a fluconasol [sic] vaginal troche (obviously not designed for the oral cavity) for treating oral fungal infections BECAUSE it increases exposure to the oral cavity tissues over that received by liquid fluconasol (swish and swallow).

Now, that's just not true, is it? Now you now say you haven't done this for decades so obviously it's not true to say "often we use," and you didn't get the name of the drug right, and it has never been formulated as you claim to have used it. And, a rinse, which is a suspension and not a liquid per se, indeed reaches more mucosal tissues, particularly in the throat, than does a lozenge. If I, a non-physician, know these things, why wouldn't someone who claims to be a physician specializing in these issues know this?

If you are going to post authoritatively on medical issues, then it is incumbent on you to at least get the names of the drugs right. Frankly, I cannot imagine a physician who doesn't know the name of fluconazole.

You are also putting words in my mouth. I never stated that flu shots cause the flu. I stated that in one case I knew of, a vaccine which medical professionals concluded was defective caused someone (several people, actually) to get sick. There is a big difference there. Misstating what I posted is a type of diversionary tactic that we have often seen here, and it does not give you credibility.
