Explain WHY you feel it is crazy then. What, PPS wouldn't rise if
1) Expansion actually happened
2) Jillian /or Strategic Investor took a bigger role
3) Rights offering was cancelled/dilution avoided
** If not her - then perhaps a strategic investor(s) will understand what a SLAM DUNK this would be if he/she provided needed money to get Joey unstuck.
7.3M shares at .025 avrg = 183k outlay
Have a family member do the same - amass 7.3M shares at .025 avrg = 183K outlay
Provide JP with 984k and sit back and watch what PPS does (after the above 3 items are PR'd) Work out a deal for JP to pay ya back in 7 yrs at 2% interest.
Ya think price would go down ? Be honest now
At only 12 cents, you/your family just made 14.6M shares x .12 = $1.75M less outlay of $1.35M or PROFIT of $400,000 basically overnight.
Your all nutz if you don't think PPS would at least go that high. Probably surpass 52 week highs on news like above. Get real as you will NEVER convince me PPS wouldn't at least hit this level with a float LOCKED like it is.
