I read a post on the other site that states any partner will want to see final results before entering into any deal and that this is at least 60 days away. That is certainly entirely possible, just as it is possible that the data will not be compelling enough to cause any interest in any partnership/buyout/etc. It is also possible that one of the CNDA companies (the more of them there are the more likely this could be) that may be crunching data at this time will reach the conclusion that this drug/company is likely to be very valuable and may want to put forth an aggressive offer to get in ahead of competing companies. Could happen today, might be after final data, and might never happen. These same CNDA companies are almost certainly aware of any interest by the others and all are certainly aware of both Prurisol and Kevetrin. What offer would they make? What offer would be accepted by CEO/Board? Be in or be out.
