Exactly - everyone who was not decisive enough to bid .0001s when they might have got filled - who is then too indecisive to hit the ask at .0002 even when the big buyers have started making it obvious that .0002 is now the entry price for significant adds - end up having to pay .0003 if they want to get in on the action ahead throughout 2018.
Exactly that happened in Summer 2016 at the start of the last off-the-bottom cycle to .0033 that lasted several months - without all the actual revenue earning products and catalysts we have now.
