245M bid at .0001 now - was 5M most of last 2 days.
With the 40M buy at .0002 earlier - and the 7M buy just now - it may be that the MM who took non-retail shares for an institutional investor is getting ready to move it up at some point.
In any event, those who were decisive and grabbed enough .0001s or .0002s when available for all the runs ahead in 2018 should be golden now.
OTC market bottom specialists know how quickly 500M on the ask - even if it is real - disappears when buys go through at 25M/50M/100M at a time per second. Happened on something most days of the week in 2017 for those that were watching - and the vast majority did not have multiple actual products on the market and a relatively low A/S for a sub .01 stock like $INCC has.
