As stated in a press release dated August 24, 2017, V Group(VGID) announced its intention to spin-off Leaf of Faith creating a separate Publicly Trading Company in which V Group(VGID) shareholders will participate in the offering.
V Group, Inc. (VGID) is prepared to announce the ratio in which V Group(VGID) shareholders will be rewarded for their participation.
For every 12 shares of V Group, Inc.(VGID) that are held by a shareholder on October 31, 2017, the participating shareholder will receive 1 share of Leaf of Faith.
