you're absolutely right that there's an assumption on timing. Certainly could be closer to your number. A significant gain either way. Some other factors come into play. Timing of Cogosense revenues with purchase. Fleetsafer revs already happening to the tune of 1mil annual. When do those revs occur? When does On4 get those revs on their books? Lots of assumptions that we won't know until we see fins.
