So Mexico and others..
Due to issues with prior management...setting up a new account (under new management?) --- must mean that new management is known and established, and is a part of setting up a new account.
Do they mean establishing a new account with NASDAQ? Prior management had credibility issues? New management is and has been involved in resolving those credibility issues?? What bullets have we dodged??
Its easy to assume the existence of new management whose members are known to someone - we are being treated differently by "new" management
Do you think that an early January intro to our new management will happen? Just how much of their future relationships and future strategy will they release prior to Jan 19? Are there rules of pre-notice that NTEK has to follow before you invite shareholders to an annual meeting where voting will occur??
