Company needs to deliver Form 10 and audited financials in order to turn speculative traders into long term hold investors. $TVOG deal and valuation will be confirmed by these missing filings. Someone ought to slap the auditor and Attorney around and get them to do their jobs and deliver, Period ! They have had ample time to get these filings in perfect shape for upload to SEC website!
