NetworkNewsBreaks – ChineseInvestors.com, Inc. (CIIX) Announces Subsidiary Spin Off
ChineseInvestors.com (OTCQB: CIIX) today announced plans to spin off its wholly-owned foreign enterprise, CBD Biotechnology Co. Ltd., and its wholly-owned subsidiary, ChineseHempOil.com, Inc. in an effort to transition the subsidiary from a private startup to a successful public company. This change will allow the company to focus on its new Cryptocurrency Division and Core Financial Education Business. CIIX will be registered as a separate publically-traded company, and the Consumer Products Division (including its hemp oil assets and new wholesale alcohol division) will operate for both United States and China markets at the end of February 2018. The Company will pursue listing shares of the subsidiary's common stock for trading on the OTCQB.
