If you have used GuardedID on your computer for more than 1.5 years, you can clearly see how much improvement they have made so far. IMO with some effort in just the retail space, it can easily support the current share price.
Maybe the reason that we haven't seen much retail marketing is because they are busy with big deals. If they do get some huge enterprise deals, the sales in the retail space will grow by itself without any effort IMO.
