Dentsply Sirona Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

YORK, Pa., Dec. 12, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DENTSPLY SIRONA Inc. (“Dentsply Sirona”)  (NASDAQ: XRAY ), The Dental Solutions Company ^TM , announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0875 per share of common stock, an indicated annual rate of $0.35 per share.  The dividend is payable on January 12, 2018 to holders of record on December 29, 2017.
