I couldn't agree with you more. Some "things" beyond Steve/our control brought the pps down - including some manipulation. That could be great news. "They" don't rachet the price down to sell. They rachet the price down - step by step & day by day - to buy! They wouldn't be buying if they didn't think the pps would be going up. Go ONCI
