Since the rights granted by a U.S. patent extend only throughout the United States and have no effect in a foreign country (and we have not yet received our international patent), what happens to our lawsuit against Gemalto if ATOS buys them? I show ATOS being headquartered in Bezons, France and Munich, Germany.
