Snorkin (.0007) obviously has no clue how to attain shareholder value. After 7 years of pain for common this is the best he can do as COO adding a billion shares to common lessening the value of their stock ownership plus tanking the pps of stock. MA activity has zero leverage as the company supposively is in its best year in history. OMG
