I still say if you have an investor that loves a bit of a safe gamble...he/she could provide money for the build out costs which almost GUARANTEES PPS would climb to touch, or surpass, 52 week highs. How could it not with a cancelling of the rights offering and actually expansion?
Key is for an investor / group to amass shares now and then cause the catalyst by helping JP out. Joey is so stuck right now, I am quite sure he would be more than grateful and implement/listen to their suggestions as well.
Follow me here...2 wealthy brothers each amass 7.3M shares of GIGL at an average of .025 and spend $183K each.
They also provide 525k each for a total of 1.05M for 3 locations (build out costs). JP says what do you want for that...and they say we want free birthday parties for life and for you to cancel the rights offering to avoid dilution. See, THEY provide the money for expansion which IS the catalyst which makes them even more wealthy.
$708k spent by each brother = 1.42M in total and they sell out at 26 cents = $1.9M each or a cool profit of approx $1.2M EACH within a month or so. I would think that is a great move and not all that risky for a quick million + profit
