If NTEK does in fact do a share buy back coupled with a tender offer to shareholders what happens next? Well the fuse is then lit and the PPS explodes higher.
Its all making sense now. NTEK listing share buybacks on the SH meeting agenda and their very keen interest on each shareholders average price paid per share and the number of shares held.
