ONCI - This is why I think this stock may go up soon. I see the following from the following article and I provided the source - "We are also targeting businesses to acquire and a joint venture with in the medical marijuana and emerging MJ ancillary products space."

According to the article, "NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / September 9, 2017 / On4 Communications, Inc. (OTC PINK:ONCI) announces today it has signed a major new contract with a California dealership with brands including Mercedes, BMW, Chevy, Ford, Audi, Kia, Hyundai, and Subaru."
But looking at the chart it could be buy now abut I also think it can touch .003.
