It leads me to think that the deal is done and not finalized, based on the full data sets from this trial. BP is in the drivers seat right now, but we don't know how many of them are looking this over. The BP's are full of cash and it looks like the offshore BP's will be able to repatriate even more cash. They're doing deals on drugs that don't have half the muscle of B. The sell off didn't surprise me. Disappointed, yes, but not surprised.
I don't stand a chance of taken by surprise when the deal is announced either. I'm keeping all of my shares. I'll let the flippers play their games. We'll get the last laugh.
