The harm is it will raise PPS for what? a few days? then when what is said in the LOI doesn't come to pass you are labeled a liar, a scam artist, a troll. PPS still plummets. So it's best not to say anything until the deal is done. Yeah PPS may drop until then, but if you don't plan on selling and have money you don't need invested what's the problem?
