TVOG $39M Revs & $6M EBITDA Confirmation…
Investors think that there is only $25 Million in Assets, but there is also $39 Million in Annual Revenues with $6 Million EBITDA.
The current share structure 104,014,137 shares is below:

Here are the Annual Revenues and EBITDA Confirmation:
The recent Form 8-K filed with the SEC below stated that news of the TVOG acquisition closure will be PR-ed on this coming Monday, Dec 11, 2017. The 8-K also stated this below:

Pro-forma Projections
In a prior announcement on June 8th, 2017, Turner released expectations to fully operate an initial fleet of five (5) Bitumen tanker vessels once acquired. Further expansion is planned once the initial fleet is acquired, which could result in adjustment the Company’s prior initial guidance. Details are forthcoming.
Below is the prior announcement released on June 8th, 2017 that TVOG referred to in their 8-K above:
Quote:

Initial Bitumen Tanker Acquisitions are Projected to Generate $39,000,000 in Annual Revenue and $6,000,000 EBITDA. …
This does not take into account the planned expansion of the fleet and infrastructure, which will be discussed in detail in a future press release. …
This is the initial acquisition of which TVOG has referred to. Now that such is completed, those numbers above will be much larger as they complete their next phase of expansion as the expansion numbers are not part of the $39,000,000 in Annual Revenue and $6,000,000 EBITDA that was mentioned above.
This is huge in my opinion. This will have a legitimate huge valuation compared to where it's at now that's confirmed with SEC filings. I'll attach a valuation post of its potential value to this post.
