The entire section under "Immediate Catalysts" does nothing so much as explain why it's ok that the catalysts aren't immediate.
I don't have any problems with deals taking a long time or being delayed, as they have been, but nothing involving SFOR financials going forward is immediate, it's the nature of the situation.
