I thought Mako was thought by some to be the reincarnated Pump Stopper/Terminator. If that is the case he/she/they did attack NNVC. PumpS/T was then unsuccessfully sued by NNVC. Free speech and all that.

I believe that court decision is the very reason why CTIX did not immediately go after Mako with a defamation lawsuit. Even if there was no money to be won, just getting that article taken down would have been worth millions for us. Unfortunately, precedent was set a year earlier on this type of matter in the NNVC case. I'm not aware of a successful suit against Seeking Alpha since then.

Even if they're not the same, Mako and PumpS/T are cut from the same cloth. Activist short-sellers who at best push the envelope of what is legal. So NNVC did suffer the same type of attack. Obviously it feels worse with CTIX/IPIX because we're invested and they're making trial progress unlike NNVC.
