Ranger - why couldn't you have an interested investor plunk down approx 183k and own just under 5% of the company with 7.3M shares.
If/when rights offering comes, why couldn't same investor purchase another 21M shares at around 2 cents and spend another 420k for full control ?
Then he/she would call for a vote at next annual meeting and put in a new CEO. PPS would skyrocket. Seems like a relatively small amount of money to spend to gain voting control of a really GREAT concept, no ? Talkin about a 600 - 625K outlay to own over 28M shares ??
** Hate the dilution but I doubt the offering would garner more than another 380K, so what does Joey get/do with only $750-800k raised in total? Can't really do much in terms of expansion - maybe just keep the lights on a little longer. Dilution wouldn't be good, though
Don't forget some of the raise goes towards commission as well
