OH WOW! Hmmmmm! No wonder SA is fighting this hard, but they got NOTHING!
A company IP is very important with M&A's! K1 states they have invested over 200M into SA - WOW! SA and Core Security will merge when/if approved.
Looks like K1 and Toba Capital are backing the merger.
$SFOR has 2 parties backing the litigation and parties payment is via settlement proceeds. I firmly believe those 2 parties are TPG and INTEL!

R&G will clean this mess up soon if the judgement isn't final. If the judgment does turn out to be final, R&G appeals and will take months more for the litigations. We will prevail as Victors AGAIN!
