The lawyers from Centrify, Duo, and the others have most likely already been in contact with SFOR's lawyers asking to put the cases on hold and SFOR most likely saw that coming too. I was not surprised to see that the other cases are put on hold. It sucks, but it makes sense with the way our wonderful court system works. It still doesn't make sense to me that the IPR was denied, yet the CA Court says the patents are invalid. All I can do is shake my head and I know SFOR will prevail in the appeal. It's just going to take more time to get there.
