I don't believe that everything with the lawsuits is at a standstill. SFOR, Ropes and Gray and Blank Rome HAVE REQUESTED that everything with all other infringers cases pause but when these companies review what actually occurred in the SecureAuth case.... WOW! What if there is a possibility of some media attention to this case since it so unusual in that it was stated that 'during WW2 this technology was already being used'. I could see a 60-minutes story on this one. The story line might be "How a cyber security company, their lawfirm and a judge used WW2 to challenge the United States Patent Office and the patents they award coming up next". The other infringers will want NO PART in a media story like that. The appeal will happen quickly and the other infringers may decide to settle before it even happens.
