Daugavpils, 2017-12-08 09:23 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hereby JSC "Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” informs that it has received from Pavel Prikhodko a shareholder of OÜ Lokomotiiv Investeeringud a standard form announcement on qualifying holding according to which Pavel Prikhodko as a indirect shareholder of OÜ Lokomotiiv Investeeringud has indirectly acquired 3 815 805 shares of JSC “Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca” and thus has acquired 46.01% of the share capital with voting rights and announcement on losing the qualifying holding from Irina Solovjova the previous shareholder of OÜ Lokomotiiv Investeeringud .
