On 7 December 2018, the EGM approved all voting items that were on the agenda. As a result, Mr Andringa is appointed as a member of the Board of Directors effective 7 December 2017 for a term of four years. Further Mr Van Barneveld is appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board for a term of four years, commencing 1 March 2018.
