R&G may be thinking otherwise with the implicit threat of possible treble damages. They have Field Marshall Irwin Rommel's attitude in regards to infringers who stall, delay & fight tooth & nail IMHO. When asked by a Berlin reporter what he would do when Patton landed in N. Africa he said "I will attack and annihilate him! Before he does the same to me."
