Although the Continuing Resolution (CR) to be signed by the POTUS will keep the Government operational until 12/22 it kicks the can down the road for all new Federal Government contracts ie. a possible ACS one, until the FY '18 budget is signed into law. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. However, if Congress can get its act together before the holiday recess SFOR investors could find a nice gift under the Christmas tree!
