The title of the article sums it up, and goes to what Papa Bear was saying. I'm saying, there is a split among the Federal Circuits regarding the admissibility of the IPR proceedings before the PTAB. I have not done the research to see if the 9th Circuit is one of the Circuits in which IPR outcomes are admissible. I frankly have a day job (until SFOR wins their SA suit), and I don't have time to look it up right now. But we have to be careful of blanket statements.
