Which case was lost? I doubt Kay would tell any stranger anything like that. Well we see the trustwave case wasn't lost. Settlements entail lots of different things. It may not have been a lump sum of money that peeps thought they were gonna get rich quick of off. However if trustwave was gained as a channel partner or distributor then that is very good.
