Given that the court session yesterday resulted in a non-event for the most part, what did you expect? At some point, you need to address the reality of the overall situation. Until there is any clarity on some of the future items, you can only fall back on revenues and profitability. The company could try to pump and hype a bunch of stuff, but until more product is shipped and paid for, that pumping isn't going to stick.
Not much to do at this point as the company needs to work its current plan as laid out in the quarterly and hope the judge gets hits collective house in order to respond with something more tangible that what we received yesterday.
Best of luck to all shareholders as it could be more than a little bumpy for the next few months.
