Deferred, Delayed, or diminished?
Trustwave – Deferred and now will be a part of the Duo lawsuit
Duo – Markman Hearing 12/11
Vasco – Markman Hearing 12/14
Gemalto – Markman Hearing 12/14
Centrify - ?Also Markman Hearing 12/11 or 12/14?
*Duo & Centrify also sent a request to stay their proceedings pending the final outcome of the SA case in California. I do not believe that a response has been issued yet on their request.
SA (Secure Authority) – Delayed pending our appeal of Calif. Court ruling which is considered a bad ruling based on context of SA’s case pleadings
Deminished – Nothing has truly diminished in so far as the underlying strength of SFOR’s patented technology and SFOR’s lawsuits against these infringers! Although the proceedings are not processing as expeditiously as we would like, they none-the-less are proceeding!
Earlier a poster expressed his displeasure of the misguided exuberance here, but I also see a very large amount of misguided emotional reaction here regarding recent turn of events.
IMO SFOR is still in a very good position regarding the outcome of the remaining lawsuits, and will see victory in the end! The question is; Are you strong enough to ride it out and enjoyed the rewards, or are you going to cut and run! I encourage all of you to realize that to cut & run is most certainly going to cheat yourselves out of the substantial rewards that I personally still believe are on the horizon for us. Yes, if they don’t materialize, you have cut your losses, but keep in mind they are only paper losses until you sell! Or you can take a deep breath or two (deep breathing is helpful!) and strap yourself in for the ride, But don’t run now thinking the ride is over.
