OEM stands for original equipment manufacturer. It simply means that they were "exclusive to manufacturing the product to or for DOU" In this case its for DOU and all damages will be put back on DUO. It was a good legal move as it saves money and time. This is how I read and is only my opinion. We need news on deals outside of lawsuits. In my opinion. Bear.
